Before you start
For a refill into your own containers, have suitable containers ready and agree how existing contents will be handled. Tell your provisioner about access and where you want food stored.
A submitted request is not a booked visit. Container weight should not count as purchased food weight. Ingredient details, handling needs, and fulfillment availability must be confirmed.
